about us
Design and Tradition
At his time Bernd Wilhelm’s father was a famous goldsmith from the gold town of Germany –Pfrozheim, the cradle of the goldsmith culture.
Following in his fathers footsteps Mr. Wilhelm is looking over 25yrs of his own experience in the gold trade. His exclusive and masterfully made collection born on the paradise island of Mauritius is called simply after his name.
Why Mauritius?
Here Mr. Wilhelm is able to combine his thoroughness, reliability and creativity with the excellent skills of native Mauritian goldsmiths to produce a collection that is simply unique. The attractive wage structure and positive entrepreneur environment of the island help to make the prices competitive. This high quality 18carat gold collection with it’s clear forms, unique design and high quality finish makes itself very attractive….it is very easy to lead yourself into temptation...
Quality not quantity
Being not a high volume manufacturer, churning out chain after chain on a huge production line Mr. Wilhelm is proud to run a small family like enterprise.
Here each and every link is carefully made, joint and polished by hand, giving a high quality perfectly formed end product. The diameter of the models varies from very tiny 3mm up to 15mm and the length of each chain can be determined by you, the customer.
The trademark in Bernd Wilhelm Collection are his personally designed locks. Each lock has a diamond, a real eye-catcher on any necklace.
New Designs
“Fire & Ice”
This is Mr. Wilhelm's latest design. The extravagant combination of cool white gold with a hint of warm pale pink really must be seen to be appreciated.
